Elderflower Collins with Cucumber Gin Cocktail
Looking for an alcoholic beverage that is light and refreshing? Make this Elderflower Collins cocktail your go to drink for the long Summer days.
- Cucumber stripsn
- 30ml Falls of Dochart gin
- 15ml elderflower cordial
- Soda water
- Sprig of mint (optional)
Use a peeler to peel long strips of cucumber. Once peeled, swirl the strips around a glass.
Add gin, elderflower cordial, soda water and ice to your cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a glass, adding a sprig of mine to serve.
